O que faz:

          O plugin executa uma série de sons e adiciona efeito de blindness e slow e pode acreditar se player tiver com som

                                                              ativado e desprevenido vai dar um baita susto.

Adicionado Versão 1.5.2 e 1.8 que não estava pegando

Arrumado bug de dar /susto sem nenhum argumento agora retorna ("Use /susto <player>")

Da pra fazer algo tocando um noteblock, vc pode usar um SendPacket de noteblock (pra mostrar só pro player tipo 2 blocos abaixo do chao dele) e tocar notas ou discos com uma jukebox tb. Achei dhr
