Se ainda não resolveu o problema faça o seguinte:

 

1 - Baixe o Driver Booster 3.5

 

2 - Instalou ele

 

3 - Por a licença nele (Minha licença): 553ED-03D79-CBF86-531B3

 

4 - Clique em "VOLTAR" e no meio da tela tera

     um negócio "VERIFICAR" clique lá e ele verá se tem algum DRIVER 

     desatualizado! 

 

Ele também é bem bom para atualizar drivers.
