Consegui arrumar, pra quem ta com o mesmo problema basta deletar o arquivo da raiz do fórum .htaccess e desabilitar a opção no Admin > System Settings > System > Search Engine Optimization > Use .htaccess mod_rewrite ( Vai estar marcado sim, só colocar não )
